How to make soda bread

Gather ingredients: butter...

Flour...

Sugar...

Eggs...

Salt...

Baking soda and baking powder

Milk...

Raisins...

And finally caraway seeds...

Then mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar)

Add butter and mix with hands until crumbly

It should look like this after mixing in butter

Add raisins and caraway seeds

Add 1 cup of milk and the 2 eggs

It should look like this after mixing in eggs and milk

Add up to 1 more cup of milk and mix until mixture is moist

Line 2 bread pans with parchment and spray with no-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture in pans evenly

Bake at 350 degrees for around 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Remember to leave a clean kitchen!
